The manufacturer Packard Bell sells already called its machines back in 2009. Among these are transportable in September on the generic reference EasyNote LJ65. First specificity common to this palanquée machines: a slab of 17.3 inches (44 cm) back-lit by LEDs. An asset which, combined with resolution of 1600×900 pixels, should offer a good visual comfort.
All these machines use the same chassis (41.2 x28x3, 8 cm for a weight of 3.4 kg) and proposing the same connectors, four USB 2.0 ports, a VGA video output, the headphone and microphone taken, a memory card reader 5 -en-1 and a Gigabit Ethernet port. The reader / DVD burner, Webcam and Wi-Fi 802.11n are of course included. Little more for her, since Packard Bell opted for a stereo audio system with a subwoofer. The rest of the equipment determines the price of these configurations, with small details that make-up the price slightly between two configurations.
Very affordable for a machine of this size, the EasyNote LJ65-AV-144FR is offered at 449 euros. We knew at this price level, this transport will not claim other than to run basic office applications. Details of the equipment: Intel Celeron 575 (2 GHz), 2GB RAM, 160GB hard drive and circuit graphics Intel GMA X4500 HD. Only this machine comes with Windows Vista Basic edition. For the models that follow, Packard Bell preinstalled version Vista Home Premium. Similarly, only that small does not have audio / video output HDMI.
For 30 euros more, the EasyNote LJ65-AU-146FR equipment offers a little more efficient, including an Intel Pentium T4200 (2 GHz), 3 GB of memory and storage capacity which passes 250 No Go change for the rest.
Very minimalist evolution of the previous model, the EasyNote LJ65-166FR-AU also offers 3 GB but 4 GB of RAM. This version is sold 499 euros.
The EasyNote LJ65-CU-147FR, sold 599 euros, is a course including the storage capacity doubles (500 GB). If the CPU and RAM are the same (Intel Pentium T4200 and 4GB of DDR2), the integrated graphics chip, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 (512 MB) is quite capable of running reasonably good video games.
Posted to 649 euros, l’EasyNote LJ65-DT-167FR meanwhile enjoys a platform more recently, with an Intel Core 2 Duo T6400. A chip to 2 GHz cadencée which differs from the processor above its bus frequency is 1066 MHz (against 800 MHz for the others).
The EasyNote LJ65-DT-140FR shows an evolution as minimalist as the previous model. Proposed less than 700 euros (699 euros), the processor is only slightly revised with an Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 at 2.1 GHz cadencée.
A processor that can be found on the EasyNote LJ65-DT-147FR, also sold at 699 euros. What’s new on this transport? Just the graphics card that is a chip ATI HD4570 (his pet name) to a chip Nvidia GeForce GT 130 M, newer and more powerful, with its GB of video memory.
Latest model, the EasyNote LJ65-DM-141FR, sold 799 euros. It incorporates the best components from previous models with an Intel Core 2 Duo P7350 (2 GHz), 4 GB of RAM, a hard disk of 500 Go graphics card and a GeForce 130M GT (1024 MB of video memory).
